Kingvention, the ultimate Michael Jackson fan convention, is looking for a charismatic and energetic Host to keep the crowd engaged and entertained throughout the event! We need someone 25+ with live hosting experience, a great sense of humor, and the ability to rally a crowd with confidence and enthusiasm. If you can command a stage, keep the energy high, and make fans feel like they’re part of something special, we want to hear from you!

STAGE MANAGER

Ensuring all stage elements, including lighting, sound, and set changes, run smoothly according to the event schedule. The stage manager coordinates with performers, crew, and technical staff to maintain seamless transitions.

Managing timing by giving cues to speakers, performers, and technicians for entrances, music, lighting changes, and other key moments to keep the show on track.
EVENT STEWARDS

Guiding fans, answering questions, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience by managing crowd flow and providing directions.

Monitoring the venue, enforcing event rules, and assisting in emergency situations to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.
GUEST LIAISON

Assisting special guests, speakers, or performers by ensuring they have everything they need, from schedules to hospitality arrangements.

Acting as the main point of contact between guests and event organizers, relaying important information and addressing any requests or concerns.
